Fee: $20 per person Depart: 2:00 pm from Captain Cook Hotel Return: 5:00 pm (or later if you choose!) to Captain Cook Hotel
Explore Anchorage by trolley with narration provided by a local guide. The trolley is enclosed with heat and air conditioning to provide a comfortable experience. Learn about important events in Anchorage history and life on the last frontier, visit the mysterious Earthquake Park, and view the flowers blooming all over the city. After returning downtown, we'll travel by foot to visit some of the unique Salmon on Parade and stop for refreshments at the Snow Goose restaurant. The outdoor deck at the Snow Goose provides an amazing view of Mt. McKinley, the menu includes fabulous Alaskan flair, and the brewery (www.alaskabeers.com) has been nationally recognized. Join us for food and fun while we enjoy the sights and keep our eyes out for urban wildlife!
Trip Includes:
- 1 hour Anchorage Trolley Tour, departing from the Captain Cook Hotel
- Downtown walking tour (with a shopping stop, of course!)
- Appetizers at the Snow Goose Restaurant
- Return transportation to the Captain Cook

- Wind/rain protection
- Comfortable walking shoes
- Sun protection – sunglasses, sunscreen, visor or hat
- Camera and binoculars
This activity can accommodate a maximum of 30 participants. If fewer than 5 guests register for this trip, the trip may be cancelled and your activity fee will be refunded.
Registration deadline for guest activities is June 15th. If space is available, guests may have the opportunity to register at a later date or during the meeting.
