Welcome to the 2017 WAFWA AOW/CBMA Conference. This year’s focus is on the customer experience. There will be multi-state panel discussion on the next generation and recruiting millennials as customers and employees, as well as a panel on marketing tools and successes.
We’ll get things started on Sunday, October 1, at the Columbia Gorge Interpretive Center for an opening reception. Monday night we’ll come together for a banquet dinner followed by s’mores while gathered around a camp fire. Tuesday we’ll visit the Bonneville Dam and hatchery, then board the Sternwheeler to cruise along the Columbia River while dining under the stars. We wrap things up Wednesday with a Customer Experience presentation and lunch.
Registration includes panel discussions, committee sessions, all meals, field trip to Bonneville Dam, dinner cruise, banquet, and hospitality suite.
