The 2017 WAFWA Annual Conference will be held July 6-11 at the Vail Marriott Mountain Resort in Vail, Colorado (715 W Lionshead Cir, Vail, CO 81657).
A reduced rate room block has been set aside at the Vail Marriott below the federal per diem rate for $199/night plus tax. This rate will be available until the cut off date of June 15, 2017, unless the block is sold out prior to that date. Should the block sell out prior to the cut off date, we will make every effort to secure rooms at an overflow hotel, near the host hotel, and with a rate similar to the original rate. Please check back for updates on room availability.
Hotel Policies: All reservation requests require a credit card guarantee. Full, non-refundable amount of the anticipated revenue for one room night (room and tax) will be bill to the individual credit card on June 15, 2017. If a reservation is cancelled after June 15, 2017, individual will forfeit the deposit for one night (room and tax). No-show reservations will be charged for one night and cancelled for the remaining reserved nights.
Overnight accommodations at the Vail Marriott Resort are sold out on some nights of the conference. Check back closer to the start of the conference to see if rooms have become available. In the meantime, we recommend making reservations at the overflow hotel (see details below).
