Human/Wildlife Conflict Committee

The Human-Wildlife Conflict Committee is pleased to announce the Wildlife Human Attack Response Training class will be offered in Verdi, NV during May 7-11, 2018.  Registration is $375 for early bird registration through April 13, and $425 thereafter.  This training will provide certification in dealing with human attacks and provide valuable information before it occurs.  Use the following link to register for the training:  Registration

Registration is limited to 100 participants due to space limitations and to keep the ratio of instructors to trainees at optimal levels.  Registration will be closed when the maximum number is reached.  If you are having difficulty registering, you may contact Kathy Archer at 208-331-9431 to determine if the limit has been reached or if there is another problem limiting your ability to register.

This training is probably unlike any you’ve attended in the past; be ready for long days full of critical information, hands-on labs, field scenario training or observation, and so much more! Because we’re the first to admit these are long days (and in effort to give you a basic foundation to work from), you will be provided with supplemental information on some of our topics. Feel free to bring this with you and use it as a resource later. After the training you’ll have both knowledge and experience on truly unique subject matter. We hope you never need to USE what you learn, there’s truth in: “Hope for the best but plan for the worst.”
