Visit the historic riverfront town of Florence and the Central Oregon Coast an hour west of Eugene. The full day trip will include riding dune buggies at the Oregon Dunes National Recreation Recreation Area. Other attractions may include Heceta Head Lighthouse, Cape Perpetua, sandy beaches, whale watching, shopping and plenty of fresh, salty air.

Join us for a trip down the world-famous McKenzie River east of Eugene. The McKenzie is a river you won’t forget. It’s cold, clear water originates in the high elevation snowpack of the Cascade Mountains and it separates Eastern and Western Oregon. On this half-day guided raft trip with gentle rapids, you’ll see why the McKenzie is one of the nation’s Wild and Scenic Rivers and is well-known for world class angling and abundant wildlife.

Experience some of the sights, sounds and tastes that make Western Oregon unique. The historic Hull-Oakes Lumber Mill is the last steam powered lumber mill left in the United States. For more than 80 years, the mill has turned out some of the largest one-piece beams in the country, including beams of up to 85-feet long. You’ll visit a Christmas tree farm, and learn why Oregon is the #1 grower of Christmas trees in the country. Your trip will also take you to the Benton-Lane Winery in the foothills of the Willamette Valley Coast Range. The rich volcanic jory soils and mild weather are perfect for producing award winning Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay.
