WAFWA Annual Conference Header

Registration for the 2018 Annual Conference is open!

  • Full conference registration includes breakfast Saturday through Tuesday, dinner on Sunday and Monday evenings, two lunches, access to the hospitality suite, and entry into all sessions. The fee is $525.00 until May 15, $550 between May 16 and July 1, and $575 after July 1.
  • Guest registration package includes breakfast Saturday through Tuesday, Sunday and Monday dinners and access to the hospitality suite. The fee is $250. 
  • Guest tickets for evening events a la carte are also available at $55 for Sunday dinner or $60 for Monday dinner. 
  • New this year: Children over the age of 6 must have a ticket to the evening dinner events. Children ages 6-12 have a discounted price of $25 for Sunday and $30 for Monday. Children over 12 should pay the adult guest ticket price. 
  • Optional field trips (additional fees apply): 
    • Tour of Central Oregon Coast $40
    • Rafting the McKenzie River $70
    • Local Flavor of Western Oregon $30

Payment Note

Conference attendees MUST pay in full for their conference registration fee BEFORE the conference begins.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your registration, registration fees are refundable less a $50 administrative fee by July 6. After July 6, no refunds will be issued, but substitutions are allowed.
