WAFWA Annual Conference Header

Registration for the 2018 Annual Conference will open in April. Pricing and registration options will be announced soon; please check back for updates. 

Registration includes light breakfast buffet Saturday through Tuesday, Welcome Reception/Dinner on Sunday, Awards dinner on Monday evening, two lunches, and entry into all sessions and the hospitality suite. Trips are an additional fee. Guest registration fee includes light breakfast Saturday through Tuesday, Welcome Reception/Dinner on Sunday, and Awards dinner on Monday. Trips are an additional fee.

Payment Note

Conference attendees MUST pay in full for their conference registration fee BEFORE the conference begins.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel a registration and receive a refund minus a $50 administrative fee, requests must be received by June 22. No refunds will be provided after June 22nd, however substitutions will be accepted.
