Overnight Accommodations

The Conference location for the 2020 Summer Meeting is Canyons Village, one of Park City’s villages, approximately 3 miles from downtown Park City, Utah. There is ample public transportation between Canyons Village and Park City. The Canyons Village includes lodging, dining and shopping, as well as plenty of recreational opportunities. The host hotel and location of the meetings and events, is the Grand Summit Hotel. We have additional lodging at The Silverado Hotel, located a few hundred yards from The Grand Summit. Room rates are as follows:

  • Grand Summit Run of House: $169.00
  • Grand Summit One Bedroom Suite: $259.00
  • Grand Summit Two Bedroom Suite: $ 339.00
  • Grand Summit Three Bedroom Suite: $ 499.00
  • Silverado Lodging King: $129.00
  • Silverado Lodge One Bedroom Suite: $219.00
  • Silverado Lodge Two Bedroom Suite: $259.00
  • Silverado Lodge Three Bedroom Suite: $389.00

There is a resort fee of $30/night for The Grand Summit and $20/night for the Silverado Lodge.

Grand Summit Resort Fee includes: Unlimited valet parking, Bell Service and luggage storage, pool, hot tubs and state of the art fitness center, In resort on demand transportations, in town scheduled transportation, Wireless internet.

Silverado Hotel Resort Fee includes: unlimited parking, pool, hot tubs and state of the art fitness facility, In resort on demand transportations, in town scheduled transportation, Wireless internet. Daily housekeeping available on request at an additional fee.

All rooms are subject to a room tax of 12.92%. Please call 888-416-6195 to make reservations and mention your affiliation with the Western Association of Fish & Wildlife Agencies. Reservations should be made by June 18th to be guaranteed the group rate.

The closest major airport to Park City is in Salt Lake City, Utah, located 45 minutes from Park City.
